Owner Pam Williams has a passion for retail and a desire to make customers want to return. She started her retail career in 1975 with End of the Rainbow, a charming gift shop in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Ten years later, she sold her store for an opportunity to work as a manufacturer’s representative in the gift industry in San Francisco, and later Minneapolis. With a desire to return to the lakes area, Pam purchased and lovingly—well, painstakingly!—refurbished the 100 year old building that would become The Williams Company Store in Ottertail, Minnesota.
Customers love Pam’s special attention to providing an ever-changing inventory and beautiful displays that provide fresh inspiration with every trip.
